These terms and conditions apply to every offer on frendsis.com and to every order you place with us. You can read, save and print them at any time on this page.
1. Who we are
1.1. The website and the products are offered by Frendsi’s, Haarlemmerweg 1754, 1014 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Products
2.1. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Obvious mistakes or typing errors in the offer do not bind us.
2.2. Our items are made in limited numbers, so every offer is subject to availability.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you place your order.
3.2. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply. They are not included in our prices and are charged by the authorities of the destination country.
3.3. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. We do not charge extra for any payment method.
3.4. If a product turns out to be unavailable or the price contains an obvious error, we may cancel your order. Anything you paid is then refunded in full within 14 days.
4. Your order
4.1. The contract is formed when you place your order with the “Buy now” button. We confirm your order by email straight away.
5. Shipping and delivery
5.1. We ship from the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email. More about shipping in our FAQ.
5.2. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot manage that, we let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.
5.3. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the parcel has been delivered to you or to someone you have designated (other than the carrier).
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
6.1. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you, or someone you designated, received the product. If your order arrives in several parcels, it starts the day after you received the last one.
6.2. You can withdraw in any of these ways: with the withdrawal button (“Withdraw from contract here”, in the footer of every page and in your order emails), by emailing info@frendsis.com, or by sending us the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email straight away.
6.3. Send the products back within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing, to Frendsi’s, Haarlemmerweg 1754, 1014 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The cost of returning the products is yours.
6.4. Please handle the products with care. You may try them on as you would in a shop. If a product has been handled more than needed to judge it, for example worn, washed, damaged or with the tags removed, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
6.5. We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs of your order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we do not refund the difference. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever comes first.
6.6. The right of withdrawal also applies to sale items.
7. Legal guarantee and complaints
7.1. You have the statutory rights that apply under Dutch and European law when a product is defective or not as described (the legal guarantee). These rights last at least two years after delivery and are not limited by these terms.
7.2. Received a defective or wrong item? Email a photo to returns@frendsis.com. We send you a prepaid return label and repair or replace the item, or refund you.
7.3. Any other complaint can be sent to info@frendsis.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court. Consumers living in another EU country can also ask the European Consumer Centre in their country for help.
8. Liability
8.1. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law, including the legal guarantee.
9. Privacy
9.1. We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Frendsi’s and is protected by intellectual property law.
11. Applicable law
11.1. Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
12. Changes
12.1. We may change these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order applies to that order.
