4.2. Once Products are handed over to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Frendsi’s tags attached. Include your invoice and return form with your return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility.
5.2. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged for another size if available. If you received a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us at returns@frendsis.com for assistance.
